As the Sales Manager, your core focus is going to be generating revenue through new customer acquisition and upsell of existing customers. You are going to be the lead salesperson for New York/Prague, guiding prospects, customers, and internal teams towards a common, mutually beneficial vision.
What are your major areas of responsibility?
Prospecting and networking to ensure a full pipeline of sales opportunities
Consult with prospects on best practices for launching new digital products, common development stages, processes, and go to market strategies
Lead prospects through the U+ sales process setting proper expectations to ensure success
Lead the internal team to ensure information such as prototypes, specifications, and contracts are delivered to ensure success
Account management to ensure customer satisfaction and strong relationships which lead to upsell and reference opportunities
Ensure customers follow development plans and requested project information to avoid project delays and receive payments on time
Advise on U+ go to market strategy by recommending key target markets/customers, brand positioning, appropriate marketing channels and marketing strategies
