Who we are looking for

As the Sales manager your core focus is generating revenue through forming partnerships with existing or new customers, focusing on core U+ business alignment – Product development from Idea stage to a scale–up company. The aim is to achieve long–term channel partnerships generating ongoing sales. You are the lead which guides prospects, customers, and internal teams towards a common, mutually beneficial vision. You are going to be the one that translates the U+ vision and ensures that the customer is satisfied and the expectations are being met on both sides to ensure a stable growth for the U+.

What are your major areas of responsibility?

  • Prospecting and networking to ensure a full pipeline of sales opportunities

  • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual partnership targets within assigned territory and accounts

  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve partnership targets and expand our customer base

  • Consult with prospects on best practices for launching new digital products, common development stages, processes, and go to market strategies

  • Lead prospects through the U+ sales process setting proper expectations to ensure success

  • Lead the internal team to ensure information such as prototypes, specifications, and contracts are delivered to ensure success

  • Account management to ensure customer satisfaction and strong relationships which lead to upsell and reference opportunities

  • Ensure customers follow development plans and requested project information to avoid project delays and receive payments on time

  • Advise on U+ go to market strategy by recommending key target markets/customers, brand positioning, appropriate marketing channels and marketing strategies

What should you have?

  • Excellent communication and motivation skills

  • Experience with sales with a proven track record

  • Good planning and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of the digital industry
