As the Chief Technical Officer you are the head of all developers. You drive efficiency and improve quality by implementing tools, best practices, internal frameworks, components and standards. You recommend the technical architecture of products to optimize usability, development velocity and quality. You are constantly researching the newest tech trends and development techniques to drive constant improvement of our developers and our work.
What are your major areas of responsibility?
Constantly optimizing processes, best practices, and tools to be used by developers
Ensure all developers are following processes and best practices
Ensure quality of all products through rigorous automated testing and processes
Lead and encourage the growth of developers through trainings, on job experience, and events.
Define technical architecture of both internal and customer products
Constantly recommend processes, tools and tech trend opportunities to Senior Management team
